How long does it take for me to receive my items?

Your items are usually shipped within 2 working days of placing your order, most orders are shipped the same day. Most orders are received the next day, and addresses in rural areas usually receive their order the day after that.

Shipping costs are calculated at check out according to destination.

Which courier do we use?

We use Pass the Parcel, NZ Post and Poste Haste,  depending on the destination

We will send you a tracking number upon despatch.

Almost all deliveries are received within 2-3 business days, rural destinations may take longer

If you change your mind about your purchase, we will be more than happy to offer you an exchange, or refund as long as:

• You request a return or replacement within 7 days of purchase.

• You provide proof of purchase

• The item is unused and in it’s original packaging. 

• Shipping and credit card charges will not be refunded.

All products have a 12 month return to base money back guarantee if found to be faulty. Guarantee excludes shipping cost.

Consumer Guarantees Act 1993

The Consumer Guarantees Act sets out minimum standards for goods sold us . In the event that goods sold are deficient or are faulty, we have the right to repair, replace or refund.
